Training
Due to its critical and sensitive nature, all trainers will be
in-house employees. The training department is structured as follows: one (1) senior training associate and six (6) training
associates. These associates will be trained thoroughly in commercial real
estate and the software application. Having knowledge of real estate will
provide the trainers with an understanding of the business aspect of the
program. This will enable them to relate to clients' needs and concerns
more effectively.
