Service Desk

The service desk will be outsourced. Our in-house staff will train all
service desk employees. This will allow our call center operators to
respond to our client needs more effectively and efficiently. To ensure
service quality, the managing director will monitor the service desk logs that
will contain issues and problems. By reviewing these calls, we will be
able to monitor those issues that come up multiple times. This will allow
us to upgrade our training techniques to continually meet the needs of our
clients.
