Seller Information
Members of the Exchange can participate as both buyers and sellers.
Although a member may, through his or her own choice, participate only as a
seller, the Exchange will never deny the member the ability to act as a buyer
also.
The Seller
A seller will have 24x7x365 access to the Exchange, a market that has
properties for sale worldwide.
- Sellers, once registered as members, will have the ability to dispose of
assets by inputting into standardized templates that will differ slightly
for each property type. "Key" fields will be entered (part
of templates) that will "push" messaging to buyers as well as
index for the search engine. The objective is to be simple (linear)
regarding the inputting of product, allowing disposition manager's
assistants to perform this function, leaving the disposition manager to his
senior tasks. Multimedia packages will be available if the seller
desires, to provide digital photos or videos that can include narratives on
the property or prepackaged city, municipality and state videos.
- Messaging will be an important part of this process, alerting the seller
as to date, quantity, type of inquiry and members that review the
offering. This type of data will be available to the seller by
e-mail/fax or remain in his product databank. The messaging will be
standardized as to incoming to seller as well as outgoing to buyers.
The seller has the ability to override and input any messaging that he
desires. All templates will be inclusive of messages inbound or
outbound.
- Security will be 128, SSL, the highest form available in the US. The
only eyes that will have access to this data will be members.
- Sellers can:
- Set date of sale and any other special parameters.
- Decide how to handle questions, via e-mail/fax or live.
- Decide on how much data they will release; the template will not
require full disclosure.
- Have the ability to void a sale; automatic messaging will be provided
to all buyers that visited that site.
- Have the ability to change data at any time; automatic messaging will
notify buyers of that change(s)
- Go directly to a buyer(s) if they want to personalize the process.
Flexibility will be built into the Exchange in an effort to allow Sellers
total control over the process.
