Full Membership
Members owning 10,000,000 square feet or more that exclusively list at least
25% of their portfolios are entitled to full membership seats on the Exchange. The seats
provide both financial privileges and committee privileges:
- Members can participate on committees that review policy, procedures, and
standards.
- Financial Partnering (pre-IPO):
- All members that exclusively list their portfolios at time of sale,
receive 10,000 shares of stock, at no cost, for every 1,000,000 square feet
of transactions within an eighteen month period.
- All members that exclusively list at least 25% of their portfolio at time
of sale will receive options to purchase 10,000 shares for every 1,000,000
square feet of transactions within an eighteen month period. Option
price is $0.50 per share.
- All members that exclusively list at least 25% of their portfolio within
the first six months will receive options to purchase 10,000 shares for
every 1,000,000 square feet of transactions within an eighteen month
period. Option price is $5.00 per share.
Note: $200 psf, @ 1M sq. ft. total $200M. An institutional Seller/Buyer
would have to transact $2B to achieve 100,000 shares. $2.5B is 1% of an
estimated $250B market.
