Buyer Information

Members of the Exchange can participate as both buyers and
sellers. Although a member may, through his or her own choice, participate
only as a buyer, the Exchange will never deny the member the ability to act as a
seller also.
The Buyer

A buyer will have 24x7x365 access to the Exchange, a market that has
properties for sale worldwide.
- The buyer, once registered (qualified by the Exchange) as a member, will
have his own security password. He will have the ability to access the
Exchange and search the database (inventory) of product via an algorithmic
search engine. This search engine will retain the buyer's search
criteria and forward all product via fax or e-mail to the buyer at one or
multiple locations. The buyer can create as many search profiles as he
would like. Each time the buyer accesses the Exchange, an inventory of
his search will be listed.
- The buyer will "surf" property hyperlinks that meet his
profile. Choosing a hyperlink will bring the buyer to a property
summary page. At this point, if no interest exists, the buyer can
leave the site. If he is interested in reviewing detailed property
information, the buyer will have to endorse a confidentiality agreement
using his personal password. The buyer will then be granted
access to a standardized template containing the following:
