Page House Inn for SaleNORFOLK, VA - The Page House Inn, one of the Norfolk area's finest bed and breakfasts, is now for sale, according to its owners, Stephanie and Ezio DiBelardino. The Page House Inn has an average occupancy rate of 75%, significantly higher than the 50% nationwide average for bed and breakfasts. According to the president of Virginia's bed and breakfast association, the Page House Inn's occupancy rate "makes our jaws drop". The owners expect to sell the inn within two to five years, and are asking $1.25 million.
