Opus Corporation Gets New Chairman

MINNETONKA, MN - Gerald Rauenhorst, the founder of the Minnesota-based Opus Corporation , has stepped down as chairman of the company. Replacing him will be Keith Bednarowski. Mr. Bednarowski has been with the company since 1969, most recently as president and CEO.

Replacing Bednarowski as both president and CEO will be Mark Rauenhorst, formerly the president and COO of the company.

Gerald Rauenhorst will remain on Opus' Board of Directors.
