CLOSTER, NJ - Closter Commons, a 45,600 square foot retail center in the affluent Bergen County suburb of Closter, New Jersey, has been sold by Closter Commons Associates to Continental Realty Advisors.  The sale price was not disclosed.  The center is anchored by Annie Sez and Fleet Bank, and has an available pad site for future development.

Both the buyer and the seller were represented by Grubb & Ellis, based in Fairfield, New Jersey.
