Problem: A large Currency Trading company was about to replace their existing transaction processing platform with a custom Java application. Prior to spending tens of millions of dollars, the company wanted an outside, impartial review of the proposed solution.

Action: We were retained to review the Java-based design. Our team interviewed staff assigned to the project and audited design documents, staffing estimates and schedules. We highlighted areas in schedule and hardware costs that required attention.

Result: The implementation was successful.
